	I think Elan sells one.  The only one I have direct experience 
with is tplus from Textware International.  Tplus has numerous shortcomings
and bugs, the people there do not answer their e-mail and I've about given
up using the product.  On the other hand, when I was investigating troff
for a client, the response from Elan was outstanding.  Suggest you see if
they have a 30 day demo or some such.  Elan advertises in most Unix mags
(none of which I have handy).
