Hi there,

this is like the second time I've ever used a news reader and I'm stuck.

can you direct me to how I can use the news reader.

If you like answer this :

1 ) why do different servers present different groups.

2) when I first invoke my news reader it displays a huge list of groups
to chose from.  After subscribing a couple of these groups (whatever
that means) I somehow manage to select an option to isolate those groups
and read thru them.  Where has the original big group list gone?  And
how do I get back to it?

3) In any one group that I browse through it is mentioned that there are
thousands of articles but when I select that group I can only get to a
hand full of them.  Why? Where are the other articles and how do I
access them?

4) What is the correct proceedure for gaining on line help?
