Does anybody know whom I should contact at Microsoft to try
to get information on their proprietary Word 4 file format?
I understand that I will have to sign a non-disclosure 
statement and that they will honor my request only if they
deem it to be advantageous to them, but even so I don't know
whom to contact to try to convince them of same.
