I have System 6.0.7 and Solarian II running on a Mac-II, Mac-IIcx, and a Mac-IIsi. The current release of Solarian II is 1.04, which you get by sending in your shareware fee (along with three other diskettes of stuff from the author). On the Mac-II, things are slower, and sometimes one sound which is still playing prevents the next sound from coming out. No sound problems at all on the IIcx and IIsi. The only problem I have seen is that often, when first starting up, the screen is not cleared between the author's shareware notice, and the first screen containing the scoreboard. You end up with the scores superimposed over the shareware notice, but it doesn't hurt anything. You just click the mouse, and the screen clears and the game starts normally. - Chuck Hoffman, GTE Laboratories, Inc. | I'm not sure why we're here, cah0@bunny.gte.com | but I am sure that while we're Telephone (U.S.A.) 617-466-2131 | here, we're supposed to help GTE VoiceNet: 679-2131 | each other.
