(My program is called "Quotes;" it's a fortune-type thing, & I want it to have a [settable] default file to use.) I keep recording different #s given by various GetVol calls; but it never finds what I want. Which of the [PB[H]]GetVol calls should I be using, & what should I record from its results? And how do I get back the directory? (Presumably it would be by the analogous [PB[H]]SetVol call, right?) I've already looked in the UMPG & in IM IV. Found some stuff, but was very confused. (Did find a very nice procedure in the UMPG to find the pathname, so I could be sure what directory I had gotten to.)
