I forget the key sequence (I just press'em all :-) but you have to have
selected the "faster" printing option I think.

Question 1 -- Nope!

Question 2 -- Apparently the Imagewriter on the return pass may not align the
dots with those when the print head is going in the other direction. The
printout doesn't look so good
