A summary of the situation: I'm looking for a way to back-up
MacOS disks to a Unix-based tape drive.

I've been told by various people on comp.unix.aux that an utility
called MacDump exists that will perform an incremental dump via
MacTCP. Does anyone know where I might find a copy of this or
some similar utility?
