I'm looking for software that is similar to (if I'm remembering the name correctly) MacEnvy--something that will let me know things like what processor type, amount of RAM, System software version numbers, fonts, DAs, etc. the computer in question is using. I'm embarking on a research project and it would be really nice to have a program that I can keep on a floppy that will tell me all this info and even let me save it to a file. If you folks could mail me the names of software packages (preferrably shareware/ freeware, but if I have to I'll use commercial products) and where they're available from I would be most greatful. -Blake Sobiloff St. Olaf College
