My campus people, perhaps unlike yours, are very helpful, but this slipped by them before they noticed. Of course, I don't blame them--I blame NeXT. Aside from the PO number thing, I should think that NeXT should be much more responsive to people who had so much faith in the company that they plunked down $1000 for a mythical product last June. We knew it would be a while, but I did not expect nearly everyone else to get an 040 before I did (mostly in the form of stations, but also many sightings of upgrade boards).
