How does one access the public domain archives at Purdue.  I tried accessing
the archive using both e-mail with TELNET and with FTP and both required user
names an passwords for the system, which I, of course, could not provide. I'm
sure that there must be a simple answer!  Roth2@HULAW1.harvard.edu
