SoftPC (a software PC emulator) is mentioned in NeXT's third-party software catalog, if I remember correctly. I also remember reading that though the product is released for some platforms (I've seen it on RS/6000s), it hasn't been released for NeXT yet. Did I see something about 1Q91? Does anyone know if Insignia (the vendor) is present somewhere on the net? Does anyone know any other details on the product (other than its reported slow execution speed even on fast platforms)? <> The most beautiful thing we can experience is the <> mysterious. -- Albert Einstein -- Jess Anderson <> Madison Academic Computing Center <> University of Wisconsin Internet: anderson@macc.wisc.edu <-best, UUCP:{}!uwvax!macc.wisc.edu!anderson NeXTmail w/attachments: anderson@yak.macc.wisc.edu Bitnet: anderson@wiscmacc Room 3130 <> 1210 West Dayton Street / Madison WI 53706 <> Phone 608/262-5888
