I just ordered a 2.2g Exabyte drive from Exabyte.  I ordered the software 
from Palindrome.  The complete system from Palindrome (drive and software)
was about $2000 more than buying the drive direct from Exabyte, and Palindrome
advertises that they use the Exabyte drive.

Anyway, I'll let you know how it works.  Anything has to be better than
swapping 8 tapes into the Mountain Tape screaming tape drive to get a complete
backup of the data files.  :-)
