Anyhow, there is a missing step in Bruce's instructions, just after "cross your fingers" but before typing "run", and that is: set bkpt0 0 I had the same exact (bizarre) results until I realized that the breakpoint had gotten hit again. (O.K. so you might want to type the command before crossing your fingers)
