RGB Digitizer Camera for IRIS 4D 120/GTX or 4D 240/VGX Desired

     One of my colleagues is interested in purchasing an RGB
digitizer camera for an IRIS workstation. He is interested in
640 x 480 resolution RGB camera. The camera is to be used for
an image understanding project. He has about $10K to devote
to the camera. If anyone has experience with such a camera
or suggestions as to companies to contact, I would be greatly
appreciative.
