A very simple question. The buttons on a buttonbox have device names SW0 till
SW31. The question is: where is what button on the box. Is it numbered from
top-left to bottom-right or bottom-left to top-right or a different way.
I don't have a buttonbox but am making a software version of it (as part of
the FORMS library). I would like to get the order right.
