I have spoken to several DRAM vendors at Uniforum, and all say that stock
80ns 4MB SIMMS work fine in the SS-2.  Since most reputable vendors sell
on a free-replacement-if-defective basis, you should be just fine even if
individual compenents are out-of-spec.
