I recently bought a BocaRam board from PC Connection with 2 Mb of ram
installed (the board h two banks of 1 Mb Drams with space for an 
additional 6 Mb) for around $200 American. It will back fill to 640K, 
and supports EMS 4.0 in hardware, as well as extended in various proportions.
It was easy to install and has worked well.
