I'm trying to create a custom terminfo file in /usr/lib/terminfo.  I have
written the file and gotten tic to compile it successfully.  It is
even placed in the right terminfo directory, BUT when I try to
use the TERM=[newfile];export TERM and then try vi, no luck.
vi indicates unknown terminal.  Any suggestions?
