Does anyone have pk files for the CM fonts at 1270 dpi?  (I hope this
question makes sense!)  Are they available from archive?  Note: 1270
dpi is the density of the Linotronic 300 phototypesetter, a common
machine.  Note also: I believe that I could make these myself with
metafont, but installing metafont has so far proved to be a bit
challenging (still working on it).  I figure someone else must have
already done this.
