I know a new LaTeX in being worked on, but I don't know who's doing
it.  Does anyone know if the implementors have any kind of working
document with an overview of their plans for the project?  An ftp-able
address would be great, or an email address--but I don't want to bug
the implementors particularly, I just want a look at their plans.  Can
anyone help out?

(PS--no one uses \makeglossary?)
