The PostScript specials I used are those for DVI2PS by James Clark (if I remember correctly). It should not be very hard to modifiy it to suit your PS-driver. One point though: it makes your TeX file printer-dependant, because the user has to specify what he uses, either LN03 or PostScript. I can send it to you, but I'm also willing to put it in the public accesible archives if know where to send it to (Archive maintainers please respond directly to me).
