Please don't flame me. I am probably the only person in the world who
doesn't know the answer, so mail me and don't post the answer.

I am looking for the Tex 3.1(or later) distribution kit. I have looked
at several sites but the only site that had a distribution kit was
labrea.stanford.edu, but I found some note saying it was 2.95.

I have read the recently posted FAQ and did't find the answer.
So : where can I find it. Preferable in Europe to preserve bandwidth.
