Subject: new on Ultrix... need help getting around

I am new to Unix, and do not know much about it.  I would like to find out 
how to use the system, since I do have a couple of accounts on the system.
I do NOT want hooplah, bells, whistles, or praises, just a good place to find
information, whether that be on FTP, a book, or something you may have to
offer.
like I have said, I am new to this system, and DO need help getting around.
We currently have Ultrix 2.1, but will be updating to 4.0 then 4.1 then 4.1-1
in the ?near? future.
