And to limited extend, save ESIX V R3.2 rev.D. (you can't use 256 char for /)

and then type ident as passwd to see how 256 char is done in ESIX V R3.2 rev.D

ps. It was a struggle to get 256 char file names however, to be fair. since
    ESIX Tech people in the know won't tell you how.  You can try it at your
    own risk!
    bottomline: go with R4.x.
