It tur ned up here at Loma Linda University Medical Center yesterday 1/22/91 on a patr on access terminal. It was (more or less) discovered by a foreign doctor who w as having trouble downloading medical data from our computerized network. I ran the McAfee scan and confirmed the STONED virus was indeed there. It did not show up on the novell network to which the workstation is attached. I have a feeling it may have come from a DFI VGA video driver fresh from the wr apper (for more info, read Computer shopper last month or month prior - "ATTACK of the KILLER VIRUS" where they report similar problem.) Can't yet varify thi s as exact source of infection. PAUL "I LABOR TO BE BRIEF - AND MANAGE TO BE OBSCURE." - HORACE
