I believe that you may be having a problem with the mouse driver.  Windows
3.0 in 386 enhanced mode seems to work with WP 5.1 if you use the sys.driver
rather than the .com driver.  Remember that in full screen mouse control is
set to the DOS application, and in the window mode control reverts to
windows 3.0.  Good luck.
