I upgrded my WIN30SDK from 2.11 two months ago.  One month ago I installed the
thing, and found out 'windows.h' got damaged(most of them turned non-ascii).
And I called MS and have been waiting since then.

Would somebody do me a favor by sending 'windows.h' to me?  I know it is 
copy protected but I bought one...and I could not wait.
