     All contool patches (indeed, all the tools I have written) are 
available via anonymous FTP from trantor.harris-atd.com (26.13.0.98).
You can also get most things from the sun archives on titan.rice.edu
and from uunet.uu.net in the comp.sources.sun and comp.sources.x archvies.
