How does one get reverse video mode in Open Windows Vers. 2 - like
what the -i option does in Sunview? Also, is there a way to specify
the colors of the window borders individually - not a global color for
all borders. The -Wf and -Wb options in Sunview used to be interpreted
such that they could be used to color borders. They don't quite work
the same way under Open Windows.
