Subject: Problem Installing xgdb on XTech's X11R4

    I am having difficulty installing GNU's xgdb (X version of C++ Debugger).
    Perhaps someone can help me out of this problem.

Environment:
------------
   X11R4 from XTech under Sparc 4.0

Problem:
--------
    The program uses Athena widget and when linked with the libXaw.a
    library it comes out with the error Undefine Symbol: XawAsciiSinkCreate

    It seems to me that the library that is suppose to have this function
    (libXaw.a) does not have it.  Is it a problem with the X11R4 release 
    that i have(XTech's distribution of X11R4) or am i missing something here ?

    Does anyone know of a work around for this or can confirm that what 
    i am saying is true or not? Any info, suggestions, etc would be greatly
    appreciated.
