We have xdm running on HP 9000/375s(HP_UX 7.0, X11R3), 
there are two problems with the set up.

1. It does not read users' .Xdefault file instead it uses the
system defaults.

2. xclock is always two hours slower than the system clock
which is kind of annoying.

Anyone have similiar problem?!
