Like, what happens when it doesn't work? Does it lock up the system? Are your IRQ settings for all IRQ-using hardware identical to that on the Packard? Do you have something other than Award, Phenix, or AMI BIOS? Are you doing anything with memory which may be contributing to the problem? These are the kinds of questions you will probably have to get answers to somewhere along the line.
