No, it is not the voltage that kills, it's the amps. It is very possible to have extremely high voltage levels and few amps. If not I would be dead now. (I have fooled around with electricity.) Also, those 'stun guns' produce roughly 50,000 volts from a 9V battery. Yet the amp level is very low and it only stuns a person, it doesn't kill. And why is this on alt.sex.
