 The Onet router at NRC will be out of service on January 30, 1991
 from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM for Hardware Maintenance.  During this time
 Onet connectivity will be unavailable for NRC, BNR, Gandalf, Carleton
 University, University of Ottawa, HWR, and Newbridge.
