The cut over of the Onet-nsfnet traffic to the nw 224kp/sec circuit
was successful. Some reconfiguration on toronto.onet and utorgw.gw
is required to complete this process. Interuptions in the Onet traffic
will occur between 18:00 and 19:00. We apologise for the short notice
for this event.
