Does anyone have either a 

1) description of the pic language (embedded in troff documents between
   .PS and .PE

2) any tools for translating pic to PostScript or some other language?

I know I could buy the DWB from AT&T, but I'd like not to have two different
versions on my Sun right now, but I need to format some docs with pic
information in them.  

If I can get #1, I'll probably create #2 and release it back to alt.sources...
