Folks,

A newly updated list of all stratum-1 and stratum-2 NTP servers
notified to me has been placed on louie.udel.edu in the file
pub/ntp/clock.txt. Note in the section on available radio clocks
that Spectracom has a new WWVB receiver with price slashed to
$1,550 (with antenna), while True-Time has slashed the price
of its GPS receiver to $9,750. Next move goes to Traconex.
