This temporary init (TIF) installs the Visit Monitor and Memory
Peeker cdas when you boot gs/os.  Put in */system/system.setup.
I haven't tested this on a rom 3 gs, but they don't really need
this either.  (I didn't shrink this since it wouldn't help much)
