May I please apologise unreservedly to the moderator and to the Usenet
for what was without doubt a thoughtless posting. In particular, my
comments about shareholdings were entirely unjustified, and I withdraw
them unconditionally.  My style of humour doesn't translate too well
into cold print.

I have fairly recently come back to Usenet after an enforced absence, and
so remember when cbip was unmoderated. Enough said.
It is, and remains, my favourite group.
