I am looking to exchange information with other INGRES sights.  Our sight
has been working with INGRES through DOS and UNIX front-ends, X-Servers, and
UNIX-based back-ends.  Other applications will run VMS front-ends on
Terradata backends.  All these are over WAN/LANs.  We also will be
developing our future apps with Windows/4GL to provide a graphical
interface.

I would like to discuss installed INGRES architectures and the reasons
behind choosing those architectures.
