Oracle is on the Internet and can be reached at Oracle.com.  The only 
person in sales that I know is Dave Keller who is DKeller@oracle.com.
He handles fortune 500 companies so may not be the right guy to deal 
but should be able to direct your inquiries to the proper person at
Oracle.  I have found Oracle personnel to be uniformly helpful and
courteous.
