1) the REPORT clause uses linefeeds between pages how can I get it
to use form-feed?


2) Is there a way to get a replaceable title in the .FRM during modi
repo <form>?  I would like to design a generic layout and pass in the
title on the report form... line, is there such a variable as _TITLE?
