Help! Message-ID: <3571@gdc.portal.com> Date: 5 Feb 91 09:46:09 GMT Organization: General DataComm, Middlebury CT Lines: 18 Hi, Does anyone out there have a Hardware Diagnostic program for a HP 98643A Ethernet LAN card? This goes on a HP9000/300 series computer. The card is recognized when the system powers up, but apparently it doesn't do a self test. When I run the npowerup program, the program gives an error of; Network hardware missing or failed. The landiag program supplied with the system only does calls to network functions. I need a program to verify the hardware before I call in the service people. If anyone out there has ANY experience with these HP9000/300 and the HP 98643A LAN card, please let me know. Especially anyone from HP! Thanks Seng-Poh Lee lee@gdc.portal.com
