The subject line says it all.  OK, I already know it means Simple Network
Management Protocol, but that's as deep as I go...  and I need to go deeper.
All the articles I've seen talk about it from a sales perspective, I want to
know what SNMP can do for me.  Are there any books, articles (FTP'able or
otherwise) that explain SNMP?   Thanks in advance for any pointers, advice
or summary explanations.
