You still use just 7D for calls within your own area code. What I was saying was that 215 is the first area I know of to change 1 + 7D for long distance WITHIN it -to- 7D for long distance WITHIN it in preparation for N0X/N1X prefixes. Long distance (and local) to another area code from 215 is 1 + NPA + aaaaaa7D, and that is not being changed.
