He never replied to my later note as to what happened. Is there some summary that would be useful? I often have trouble finding or remembering them (e.g. the ruler in FORTRAN) and such would be very helpful. Also, I don't really understand the "lisp" type nomenclature. Is there some literature on this that would make it all clear and obvious? (My training extends back to 1950 when we had to wire boards to get a*b=c) That is, nothing expansive but the essentials which might be ingested quickly.
