Could someone please tell me the universities where active
work is going on in this field? I have started developing interest inthis
field but don't know where to go for Master's or PhD. 
Specific details are also most welcome (like the works, professors, email 
address, or postal address).

I don't know of any more appropriate newsgroup to post on for this
information. Hope some of you have some time.
