I need to install g++ on SCO ODT and a ULTRIX 4.0 system.  

Can somebody tell me what I need and where I can ftp it from?  I already 
ftp'd a couple of things, but I realized that I didn't have everything I
needed and got very confused.  I've seen some discussion of patches for
SCO ODT.   Can anybody that's been through the loop save me some hours of 
work and tell me what I need?
