Do you want a C++ manual to use the compiler, source as an example, or C++ reference? G++ comes with reasonable documentation on how to use it. I have it on my SPARC and can send it to you if you don't have it. If you need source, many reference manuals contain some pretty good examples. If you want reference, I would suggest the Ellis and Stroustrop Annotated Reference Manual as a necessary programming aid, and perhaps the Stroustrap C++ as a learning aid.
