A while ago I posted a message saying that someone had announced a new 
driver set for Borland's TurboVision to let it run in graphics modes.  It
turns out that what I posted was wrong:

Richard Morris announced in the Pascal echo in Fidonet that he was currently
working on such a package, and had it mostly working.  It isn't available
anywhere yet, and won't be PD when it's done:  you'll have to buy it
from Richard's company.  If he posts an announcement that it's available,
I'll cc it here.
